UnlockOS is a Space-as-a-Service platform that connects payment processing with physical access control. It automates the entire flow from guest payment to smart lock access, eliminating manual operations.
How long does setup take?
Basic setup takes under 10 minutes. Create an account, configure your pricing plan, connect your smart lock, and share your payment link. No coding required for standard setups.
What smart locks are supported?
Currently we support KEYVOX smart locks with full integration. Additional lock manufacturers are on our roadmap. Our adapter architecture makes adding new hardware straightforward.
How does billing work?
UnlockOS charges $0 setup fee, $0 monthly fee, and $0.17 per check-in. You only pay when guests actually use your space. No minimum commitments or hidden costs.
Is there an API?
Yes. UnlockOS provides a full REST API, real-time webhooks for all events, and a JavaScript SDK. You can build custom integrations, automate workflows, or create your own check-in UI.
What payment methods are supported?
We use Stripe for payment processing, supporting credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Stripe handles PCI compliance so you don't have to.
Where is data stored?
All data is stored on cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We follow industry-standard security practices including regular audits and access controls.
