Auto Top-Up Settings

Field Description
Enable/Disable Auto Top-Up Whether to automatically top up when balance falls below threshold
Threshold Amount Balance threshold that triggers auto top-up
Top-Up Amount Amount to add when auto top-up is triggered

Category Transaction category
Amount Transaction amount (credit/debit)

Usage Tab

Month Selection

Select the month you want to view from the calendar. Data from the past 12 months is available.

Check-in Config Name Check-in configuration used
Check-in ID Check-in identifier
Cost Incurred cost

Cards Tab

Registered Cards List

Field Description
Brand Visa/Mastercard/AMEX/JCB, etc.
Last 4 Digits Last 4 digits of card number
Expiry Card expiration date
Primary Card used by default
Cardholder Cardholder name

FAQ

Q: Is there an expiration date for topped-up balance?

A: No, topped-up balance does not expire.

Q: How do I disable auto top-up?

A: In the Top Up tab, toggle the auto top-up switch to off.

Q: How do I change my primary card?

A: In the Cards tab, click "Set as Primary" on the card you want to use as primary.

Q: Can I download invoices?

A: Yes, you can download invoices for each transaction from the Transactions tab.
