Early Check-out

Overview

The Early Check-out feature lets you end your stay before your scheduled check-out date or time. This is useful when your plans change or you need to leave earlier than expected.

Once the check-out is confirmed, your key is revoked immediately and re-entry to the room is no longer possible. Please make sure you have collected all your belongings before completing this action.


Before You Begin

Early Check-out is only available for reservations with a status of Checked In. It is not shown for reservations that have not yet been checked in, or for reservations that are already completed or cancelled.

Features

Feature 1: How to Check Out Early

  1. Open the "Bookings" tab in the navigation bar

  2. Tap the reservation card you want to check out from

  3. In the "This reservation" section, tap the "Early Check-out" button

  4. A confirmation modal will appear. Review the following:

    • Your key will be revoked immediately
    • Re-entry will not be permitted
    • No refund will be issued

  5. Tap "Check out" to complete the process

Once the check-out is processed, your reservation status will update and your key will become inactive instantly.


Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I get a refund for checking out early?

A: No. Early departure does not qualify for a refund. This is standard practice in the accommodation industry. Please review the facility's cancellation policy for details.

Q: The "Early Check-out" button is not showing

A: Confirm that your reservation status is "Checked In." If you have not yet completed check-in, this button will not appear. If your status is correct but the button is still not visible, please contact the property directly.

Q: I forgot something in the room after checking out. What should I do?

A: Once you complete Early Check-out, your key is revoked and the app can no longer be used for re-entry. Please contact the facility's front desk or use the facility's contact information directly.

Q: Can I undo a check-out?

A: Once you tap "Check out" in the confirmation modal, the action cannot be reversed. Please review the confirmation screen carefully before proceeding.

Q: How quickly is the key revoked?

A: The key is revoked immediately when the check-out is confirmed.


Troubleshooting

"Early Check-out" button is not displayed

Check your reservation status. This button only appears when the status is "Checked In." If you have not checked in yet, complete the check-in process first.

An error appeared during check-out

Do not close the screen — tap the button again to retry. If the error persists, contact the facility.
