Overview

Check-in History displays past check-in and check-out records. Use filter functions to narrow down by specific periods or statuses.

Filters

Filter Description
Date Range Specify start and end dates
Time Range Specify start and end times
Email Address Search by guest email address
Plan Name Filter by plan name used
Reservation Number Reservation number (for accommodation plans)
Stay Status Before Use/Staying/Checked Out
Event Check-in/Check-out/Cancel, etc.

Statistics

The following statistics are displayed on the right side of the screen:

Total Check-ins Total check-ins within the displayed period
Staying Number of guests currently staying
Before Use Number of reservations waiting to check in
Checked Out Number of completed check-outs
Total Usage Amount Total amount for the displayed period

Actions

Viewing Entry/Exit Keys

Click the "Entrance Key" or "Exit Key" button on each history item to display the QR code.

Data Export

Currently, on-screen data export functionality is not provided. You can retrieve data using the API.


Auto-Checkout

Auto-checkout automatically checks out guests when their plan's usage period ends. No manual action is required from facility owners or guests.

How Auto-Checkout Works

Guests are automatically checked out at the following times depending on the plan type:

Plan Type Auto-Checkout Timing
Accommodation At the reservation end date/time
Daily Flat At the end of the usage period
Hourly At business hours closing time (24 hours after check-in for 24H facilities)
Time Slot Booking At the end of the booked time slot
Duration Flat At the end of the usage period
One-Time 24 hours after check-in

Auto-Checkout in History

Auto-checkout records are displayed with the checkout type "Auto." Manual checkouts display as "Manual," so you can easily distinguish between them.

Auto-Checkout Pending Status

When an auto-checkout is being processed, the status shows "Auto-Checkout Pending." This typically changes to "Checked Out" within a few minutes.


FAQ

Q: How long is check-in history stored?

A: History is stored indefinitely.

Q: Can I force checkout a staying guest?

A: Forced checkout is not available from this screen. Guests must perform checkout themselves, or wait for the auto-checkout to occur when the plan's usage period ends.

Q: Can I use past QR codes?

A: No, QR codes for checked-out guests are invalidated. Also, QR codes have an expiration time.

Q: What is auto-checkout?

A: Auto-checkout is a feature that automatically checks out guests when their plan's usage period ends. For example, accommodation plans auto-checkout at the reservation end time, and hourly plans auto-checkout when business hours end. No manual checkout action is needed.

Q: What happens with billing when auto-checkout occurs?

A: Billing follows the plan's payment settings. For prepaid plans, payment has already been completed at check-in. For postpaid plans, the amount is finalized based on the actual usage time.

Q: Can I disable auto-checkout?

A: Auto-checkout is automatically configured based on the plan type and cannot be disabled individually. All plans have auto-checkout at the end of their usage period.
