Time Slot Booking Help (Member)

Overview

Members with an active membership can book facility time slots for free (¥0). The same time slots available to paying guests are accessible to members as a membership benefit — with no payment required.

This guide explains how to use the time slot booking feature in the Member App.

Booking Flow

  1. Select a date on the calendar
  2. Choose a time slot
  3. Review and confirm the booking
  4. Booking confirmed

Detailed Features

Feature 1: Selecting a Date on the Calendar

Access the booking calendar by opening the Go Portal (go.unlockos.io/{slug}), logging in, and tapping the Booking option. The monthly calendar is displayed once you enter the booking flow.

  • Today's date is highlighted in blue
  • Past dates are grayed out and cannot be tapped
  • Use the left and right arrow buttons to navigate between months
  • Tap the date you want to book to view available time slots for that day

Feature 2: Selecting a Time Slot

After selecting a date, the list of available time slots for that day is displayed.

Each slot shows:

Item Description
Slot Name Name of the slot (e.g., "Morning Session")
Time Start to end time (e.g., 09:00 – 12:00)
Day Type Weekday or Weekend (shown in the header)
Price Member benefit: ¥0 (free for members)
Remaining Number of slots still available
  • Tap the slot you want to proceed to the confirmation screen
  • Fully booked slots (red dot) cannot be tapped

Feature 3: Reviewing and Confirming the Booking

The confirmation screen shows the full details of your booking.

Review the details and tap Confirm to finalize your booking.

Feature 4: Booking Confirmed

When your booking is complete, the confirmation screen is displayed.

  • The date, time, and slot name are shown
  • Your reservation ID is displayed for reference
  • Tap Back to Calendar to book additional slots

Feature 5: Checking Your Quota

Depending on your membership plan, there may be a limit on the number of reservations allowed per billing period. You can check your current usage on the Home screen via the quota progress bar.

If your quota is exceeded, additional bookings will be rejected. Contact the facility for quota-related inquiries.


Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is booking really free for members?

Yes. Members with an active membership can book any time slot for ¥0, regardless of the fee set for that slot. No payment screen will appear.

Q: No time slots are shown

The facility may not have configured time slots for that day. Try a different date. If the feature is unavailable at all, the facility may not have enabled the Time Slot Booking plan.

Q: The slot shows "Full" and I cannot book it

The available count for that slot has reached 0. Members and guests share the same pool of available slots, so guests may have already filled them. Please choose a different date or time.

Q: I have reached my quota limit

You have used all available reservation credits for this billing period. Depending on your plan, unused credits may not roll over. Contact the facility for assistance or to request a quota increase.

Q: I want to cancel a reservation

In-app cancellation is not currently supported. Please contact the facility directly.


Troubleshooting

"Booking failed" error message

Check the following:

  1. Verify your internet connection
  2. Confirm your membership has not expired (check "Valid Until" on the Home screen)
  3. Confirm you have not exceeded your quota limit
  4. Reload the page and try again
  5. If the issue persists, contact the facility

Slot list fails to load

If "Failed to load slot information" appears, reload the page and try again.
