Choosing Date, Room & Plan

Overview

In the UnlockOS booking app, you pick your dates on a calendar, choose a room type, then choose a plan — and you're ready to confirm. This page walks you through each of those three steps.

Here is the full flow at a glance:

  1. Select your dates (or your day for hourly use)
  2. Choose a room type
  3. Choose a plan and proceed to the confirmation screen

Step 1: Choose Your Dates on the Calendar

Availability colors

Each date on the calendar shows a color indicator for availability.

Color Meaning
Green (●) Rooms available
Amber (●) Few left (50% or fewer rooms remaining)
Red (●) Fully booked — cannot be selected

Past dates are grayed out and cannot be tapped.

Stay mode (overnight / multi-night)

Tap a check-in date and then a check-out date.

  1. Tap your check-in date → it gets a blue "IN" highlight
  2. Tap your check-out date → the stay range is highlighted in blue
  3. If you tap a date earlier than your check-in date, the selection resets and you start over

Hourly mode (same-day use)

Tap the day you want to use. On the next screen you will choose your start and end times. See the related pages below for details on how to pick a time slot.

Step 2: Choose a Room Type

After selecting your dates, a list of available room types appears.

  • Each room shows its name, description, and capacity
  • Tap a room to move to the plan selection screen
  • If no rooms are available, you will see "No rooms available" — try different dates

Step 3: Choose a Plan

After choosing a room, the plans available for that room are shown.

  • Each plan shows its name, description, and price
  • Tap a plan to go to the confirmation screen
  • If no plans are available, you will see "No plans available" — try different dates or a different room

Frequently Asked Questions

A date shows red — what do I do?

That date is fully booked. Please choose a different date or contact the facility directly.

No rooms or plans are showing up

No availability exists for the dates you selected. Try different dates or reach out to the facility.

How do I pick a time in hourly mode?

After tapping your day, the next screen lets you choose start and end times using the weekly grid or time slot picker. See the related pages below for details.
