When Does Your Access Key Expire?
The validity period depends on your plan type and key type.
Entry Key (QR Code at Check-in)
One-Time Plans
- Valid for: 3 minutes after check-in
- After expiration: Shows grayscale + "Expired" label
- What to do: You need to check in again (cannot refresh)
Time-Based Plans (Hourly, Flat + Overage, Time Slot)
- Valid for: 3 minutes after check-in
- After expiration: Shows grayscale + "Expired" label
- What to do:
- โ Opening the check-in modal again automatically gets a new key
- โ Or click the "๐ Update" button to manually refresh
Accommodation & Daily Flat Plans
- Valid for: Until your check-out time (hours to days)
- After expiration: No grayscale display (expiration is far in the future)
- What to do: No action needed. Use the same key until checkout
Exit Key (QR Code at Check-out)
All Plans (Unified)
- Valid for: 3 minutes after check-out
- After expiration: Shows grayscale + "Expired" label
- What to do:
- โ Exit keys cannot be refreshed (single-use)
- Exit within 3 minutes

A: The door won't unlock. For entry keys, open the modal again or click the update button. For exit keys, contact the facility.
Q: When does the update button appear?
A: Only for time-based plans (hourly, flat + overage, time slot). Not for one-time, accommodation, or daily flat plans.
Q: Will I get a new key if I open the modal again?
A: For time-based plans, yesโa new 3-minute key is automatically provided. For other plans, the existing key is shown.
Q: I can't check in/out within 3 minutes...
A: Try these:
- Time-based plans: Click the "๐ Update" button
- Other plans: Close and reopen the modal

Key Revocation at Checkout
When checkout occurs (manual or automatic), your entry key is automatically revoked.
How Revocation Works
- Manual checkout: Your entry key is revoked when you complete the checkout process
- Auto-checkout: When the plan's usage period ends and auto-checkout occurs, your entry key is revoked simultaneously
- Quick Mode deactivation: If the facility owner deactivates the URL, your key is also automatically revoked
What Happens with a Revoked Key
A revoked key will not unlock the door. If you need a new key, you must check in again.
