Auto-Checkout

Keys issued through Quick Mode are automatically checked out when the configured end date/time is reached.

How Auto-Checkout Works

  • At the end date/time: The system automatically processes the checkout
  • Key revocation: The guest's key is automatically revoked at the same time
  • No manual action needed: Even if the guest forgets to check out, the system handles it automatically

URL Deactivation

When you manually deactivate an issued URL, any checked-in guest's key is also automatically revoked.

Additional FAQ

Q: What happens after the Quick Mode end date/time passes?

A: The guest is automatically checked out and their key is revoked. No manual action is needed.

Q: What happens to checked-in guests when I deactivate a URL?

A: Their key is immediately revoked. The guest will no longer be able to unlock the door, so it's recommended to notify them beforehand.
