Transaction History
Overview
The Transaction History page (go.unlockos.io/{slug}/history) shows all your past payments at a facility in one place. Whether you paid for a membership, check-in, reservation, locker booking, or delivery locker service, every transaction appears here with its amount, date, status, and a link to view the receipt.
How to Access
There are three ways to reach the Transaction History page:
1. Bottom Navigation Tab
- Go to
go.unlockos.io/{facility-slug}. - Log in with your email (OTP).
- Tap the History tab (receipt icon) in the bottom navigation.
2. Go Portal Landing
- Visit the Go portal for your facility.
- Scroll to the Account section below the app cards.
- Tap the Transaction History card.
3. LINE Checkout Message
After checking out, your LINE checkout notification includes a View History button at the bottom of the receipt message.
Reading the Transaction List
Each transaction card shows:

| Source icon | Indicates the transaction type (see below) |
| Source label | e.g. "Membership", "Check-in" |
| Amount | The payment amount in the facility's currency |
| Date | When the transaction occurred |
| Status badge | Current payment status (see below) |
| Description | Additional context (e.g. facility name) |
| View Receipt | Opens the Stripe receipt in a new tab |
Transaction Types
| Icon | Type | Description |

| 👤 | Membership | Recurring subscription payments |
| 🔑 | Check-in | Deposits and checkout fees |
| 🏨 | Reservation | Room or space booking payments |
| 🔒 | Locker Booking | Smart locker rental fees |
| 📦 | Delivery Locker | Okihai delivery locker storage fees |
Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Paid | Payment completed successfully |
| Pending | Payment is being processed |
| Failed | Payment was unsuccessful |
| Refunded | Payment was refunded |
Viewing Receipts
Tap View Receipt on any transaction to open the official Stripe-hosted receipt in a new browser tab. The receipt includes the full payment details, business information, and can be saved or printed.
Loading More Transactions
The page shows the 20 most recent transactions. If you have older transactions, a Load More button appears at the bottom of the list. Tap it to load the next batch.
FAQ
Q: I don't see any transactions. A: If you just created your account, there may be no transactions yet. Transactions appear after you make a payment at the facility.
Q: I paid but the transaction isn't showing. A: Transactions are recorded when payment processing completes. If you just paid, wait a moment and refresh the page. Contact the facility if the issue persists.
Q: I need to log in to see history? A: Yes. Transaction history is personal data tied to your email address. Log in with the same email you used when making payments.
Q: Can I see transactions from other facilities? A: The history page shows transactions for the current facility only. Visit other facility portals to see their transactions.
