Notes on Plan Selection
- At least one plan must be selected
- Including plans with different currencies in the same group is not recommended
- Deleted plans are automatically removed from the group
Do not bundle physically separated spaces
A plan group is designed to bundle plans that share the same room and the same capacity pool.
Recommended patterns (same capacity pool, only price or time window differs)
- Standard rate / Early-bird discount / Member discount
- 60-min / 90-min / 120-min time plans
Not recommended (physically separated spaces)
- Men's Sauna / Women's Sauna
- Building A / Building B
- Rooms on different floors
If you bundle the "not recommended" patterns into one plan group + one check-in configuration, the congestion rate is displayed as the aggregate of both spaces. Even when one side is full, the overall rate stays mid-range, so neither the guest-facing display nor the "block check-in when full" control behaves as intended.
For separate physical spaces, create a separate check-in configuration per space.
Display Order
The order of plans within a plan group affects the display order on the guest's check-in screen.
- The first displayed plan is most likely to be selected
- It is recommended to place recommended plans at the top
